These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Corso Portraits website and your purchase of any products from us. Corso Portraits is operated by Lonasi LLC, a company based at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Corso Portraits creates custom, hand-illustrated pet portraits based on photos you provide. Depending on the option you choose, your order may be delivered as a digital file, a printed piece, or a framed print. Because each portrait is illustrated by hand to order, small variations from the reference photo are normal and expected.
You are responsible for the photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to decline to use a photo that is unclear, inappropriate, or that we are otherwise unable to work with, and we will contact you if this happens.
The quality of your finished portrait depends on the quality of the photo you provide. A low resolution, blurry, or poorly lit photo will produce a lower quality illustration, and this is not grounds for a refund, replacement, or remake. We remove red eye and can adjust your pet's eye colour on request, but we cannot guarantee edits such as changing your pet's mouth position or adding a smile that is not present in the original photo.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is processed. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
Portraits are made to order and typically take 5 to 7 business days to complete, though this can vary. We offer one round of revisions on every order to make sure you are happy with the result before it is finalized. Additional revision requests may be accommodated at our discretion.
Digital files are delivered by email once your portrait is complete. Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
All sales are final. Every portrait is custom made from the photo you provide, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds, for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, the wrong size, or the wrong print, contact us at corsoportraits@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will replace it at no charge. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a free replacement.
You may cancel or change your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After 30 minutes, our artists have typically already begun work, so any further request to cancel or change an order is granted at our discretion and is not guaranteed. To request a cancellation or change, email corsoportraits@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Promotional and discount codes are limited to one per order, are not transferable, and must be entered at checkout. We are not able to apply a promo code to an order that has already been placed.
The artwork we create remains the intellectual property of Corso Portraits. When you purchase a portrait, we grant you a license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as printing, framing, or sharing it with family and friends. We may also display your portrait in our own marketing, such as on our website or social media, unless you ask us not to.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit photos or content that is offensive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corso Portraits and Lonasi LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use our site or place orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
