Once you submit your order, our artists get to work on digitally-illustrating your portrait.

What photo should I use?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see works best. Front-facing or a slight angle both work great.

How long does it take?

Every portrait is hand-illustrated to order. Typical turnaround is 5-7 business days from when you upload your photo.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes! Choose the number of pets when you order and upload a photo for each one.

How will I receive my portrait?

Your finished portrait is delivered digitally as a high-resolution file, ready to print or frame however you like.

What if I'm not happy with it?

We offer one round of revisions on every order to make sure you love the final portrait.
