What photo should I use?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see works best. Front-facing or a slight angle both work great. Check out our image guidelines for tips on choosing the perfect photo.

How long does it take?

Every portrait is hand-illustrated to order. We'll email it to you for approval within 3 days of your order — or as fast as 24 hours if you choose Rush processing.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes! Choose the number of pets when you order and upload a photo for each one.
